We got to the fishing point little past 9 o’clock and a half hour later a marlin struck on the short position.  It ran for a few seconds and didn’t hook up.  The next marlin showed up before noon and aggressively hit on the center lure with a spinning gear.  It took the line out of reel spool for 300m, and it took 25 minutes to bring the marlin behind the boat on standing-up fight and then, landed.  Later, we had continuous hits of mahi-mahi and caught 9 and 4 of them are released.  Standing-up fights on spin gear are exclusively for well experience anglers , and they require technical and physical challenging,
